Q2.I haven't received my membership registration confirmation e-mail yet.
A2.If your registered e-mail address is the free e-mail kind (Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.), the e-mail may not get to you because of the provider's restriction. Even if you registered an e-mail address that is not for free, the membership registration confirmation e-mail may not be sent either, partly because the confirmation e-mail may be recognized as "spam." Please confirm the contract details of your Internet provider and the settings of your e-mail software and security software.
Q3.Can I reserve a space in other than the International Terminal parking lot?
A3.No, you cannot.
Q4.Is there a reservation fee?
A4.Yes. You must pay for the reservation together with the parking fee when you use the parking lot. Please see "For First-Time Users" about the reservation parking fee.
Q5.Can I make a reservation by phone?
A5.No, we accept no reservations by phone.
Q6.For how many days can the reservation be?
A6.Up to 20 days. You can use it for only one day as well.
Q7.How many reservations can I make?
A7.Up to three per person.
Q8.To cancel, by when must I do it?
A8.By the day before you start to use the lot.
(Example: If your use were to have been on August 1st, you must cancel by 11:59:59 p.m. on July 31st.)
Q9.The schedule I’d reserved has changed. What should I do?
A9.Please change your reservation through this service by the day before you start using it.
(Example: If your use were to have been on August 1st, you must cancel by 11:59:59 p.m. on July 31st.)
Q10.My separate business trip schedules are successive. Can I make two successive reservations?
A10.Yes, you can. However, your car cannot be left parked in the lot even if the two reservation periods are successive.
You will have to exit the lot on the day your first use ends and re-enter on the day your next use starts.
Example: If your use were to have been ①August 1st – August 3rd, ②August 4th – August 5th, you will have to exit on August 3rd and re-enter on August 4th.
(Your car cannot be left parked from August 1st to August 5th.)
Q11.When is the earliest I can make a reservation?
A11.30 days before you start using it.

(Example: If you will use the lot on August 1st, we can start accepting your reservation from July 2nd.)
Q12.Does the membership have a validity period?
A12.No, it doesn't.
Q13.I don't remember either my password or my secret question.
A13.Please contact the parking lot management office.
We will confirm the license plate number of your car and your name, then send your membership information to your registered e-mail address.
Q14.Where is the parking lot entrance?
A14.It is a different entrance from the parking entrance gate for ordinary vehicles.

Q15.I’m no longer able to use this service.
A15.It is possibly because we confirmed that you violated the Terms of Service during your previous usage.
If we find the reason legitimate, we will lift the suspension of your service usage.
Q16.Can I make an online reservation via my mobile phone?
A16.This service is for personal computer web browsers.
If you use the service via your mobile phone, please use its full browser function.
However, please note that you might still not be able to use the service with the full browser function depending upon the model of your mobile phone.
Q17.I won't be able to use the vehicle having the license plate number I registered for the reserved day. Can I use the reserved area with another vehicle on that day?
A17.At the parking entrance gate for reserved vehicles, please state the license number of your registered vehicle and your name.
A reservation parking ticket will be issued upon confirmation.
Q18.I own multiple vehicles. I can register my membership for only one vehicle?
A18.Multiple registrations are possible.
Q19.My travel schedule during the reserved period has changed. What should I do?
A19.It is not normally possible to change the period of use after you have parked your car.
Q20.I made a reservation and came to the lot, but there are many vacant parking spaces in other than the reserved area. Can I enter through the entrance gate for ordinary vehicles and park in an ordinary space?
A20.Please make sure to park in the marked reserved parking area. A reservation ticket will be issued even if you enter via the regular entrance gate, and you will be charged the amount for reserved parking even if you park in a non-reserved area.
