This service is for prior online reservation of parking at the Tokyo International Airport International Flight Parking Lot.
Please read and understand the Terms of Use before using this service.
First, register for your membership. You can make reservations as soon as your membership registration is completed.

1. Member Registration
To ensure the pleasant use of this parking reservation service, customers must register their information (car license plate number, e-mail address, contact phone number, password) through this website ahead of time.
When you enter your customer information in the member registration menu, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your address.
Click the link included in the e-mail to complete member registration.
＜Cautions Regarding Member Registration＞
Free e-mail services (Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc.) may not be available due to provider restrictions.
It is possible that you may not receive the member registration confirmation e-mail even if you are using an e-mail address that is not from a free service.
This can be caused if the confirmation e-mail is marked as junk mail.
Please check the contract of the provider you are subscribed to as well as the settings for your e-mail software and security.
2. Parking Reservations
＜Reservation Method＞
① Login
Please enter your car license plate number and password in the login menu.
② Reservation Menu
In the reservation menu, select your first date of parking lot usage (entry date) from the general reservation, private space reservation, or physically disabled reservation calendar to proceed to the reservation screen.
③ Reservation Screen
Enter the date that you will leave the parking lot (exit date), and choose your entry and exit times from the pull-down menu.
If you would like to change your entry date, please re-enter it.
Click the "Reservation" button at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the confirmation screen.
(Your reservation has not yet been completed.)
④ Reservation Confirmation
Please confirm your registered information on the confirmation screen.
Click the "Send" button to complete your reservation.
If you would like to change the contents of your reservation, click the "Correct" button and make your desired corrections.
＜Cautions Regarding Reservations＞
※ The maximum length for a single reservation period is 20 days.
※ Reservations cannot be made for periods that overlap with days with already accepted reservations.
※ One person may make up to 3 reservations.
※ For reservations on the same day, entry into the parking lot becomes possible 1 hour after registering your reservation.
※ Even while making a reservation, you may not be able to complete your reservation if the parking lot fills up.
※ Reservations cannot be made if the parking lot is full for even one day during the reservation period you have indicated.
＜Canceling a Parking Reservation＞
To cancel a reservation, please use the reservation cancellation menu.
The reservation cancellation menu will display all of the reservations that you have currently made, so please choose the one you wish to cancel.
You will be taken to the cancellation confirmation screen. Please confirm and click "Cancel" to complete your cancellation.
You can cancel your reservation on the reservations website.There is no cancellation charge. Cancellations must be made no later than one day before the date of the reservation.
Use of this service will be stopped in the event of a no-show without a prior cancellation.
＜Reservation Changes＞
To change a reservation, please use the reservation confirmation/change menu.
The reservation confirmation/change menu will display all of the reservations that you have currently made, so please choose the one you wish to change.
You will be taken to the reservation change screen, so please make your desired changes and click the "Change" button.
＜Reservation Finalization, Change Acceptance, and Cancellation Acceptance E-mail＞
E-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when your reservation is finalized, changed, or cancelled.
Please note that this e-mail cannot be replied to.
3. Using the Parking Lot
When you arrive at the parking lot, you can use the reservation area through the following process.
3.1 General parking reservations
(1) After entering the parking lot, please proceed in the direction of the reservation car entrance. （For more information, please refer to the parking lot map.)
(2) After proceeding to the reservation car entrance you will be issued your reservation parking ticket. Please take this parking ticket.
（If you are not issued a parking ticket, please call a staff member using the intercom.）
(3) After entering the parking lot, go straight ahead and pass through the reservation car gate.
(4) After entering the reservation area, park in an open space.
3.2 Private space parking reservation
(1) After entering the parking lot, please proceed in the direction of the reservation car entrance. （For more information, please refer to the parking lot map.)
(2) After proceeding to the reservation car entrance you will be issued your reservation parking ticket. Please take this parking ticket.
（If you are not issued a parking ticket, please call a staff member using the intercom.）
(3) After entering the parking lot, go straight ahead and pass through the reservation car gate.
(4) After entering the reservation area, park in the private space according to the instructions given by the staff member.
3.3 Physically disabled parking reservations
(1) After entering the parking lot, please proceed in the direction of the reservation car entrance. （For more information, please refer to the parking lot map.)
(2) Proceed directly to the reservation car loading gate and call a staff member using the provided intercom.
(3) The staff member will confirm your physical disability certificate and issue you a parking ticket.
(The parking ticket you are issued includes a 50% discount off the reservation parking fees.)
(4) Take your parking ticket to open the reservation car entry gate, then enter the parking lot.
(5) After entering the parking lot, go straight ahead and pass through the reservation car gate.
(6) After entering the reservation area, park in the 3F physically disabled reservation area according to the instructions given by the staff member.
4. Charges for Reserved Parking
Reservation charges will be paid for together with parking charges when you settle your bill
The charges for reserved parking are as follows.
4.1 General parking reservations
・ From entrance until 24 hours: 3,540 JPY (includes 1,400 JPY reservation fee)
・ Additional usage: 300 JPY/60 minutes However, fees for each 24-hour period will not exceed 2,140 JPY
4.2 Private space parking reservations
・ From entrance until 24 hours: 7,080 JPY (includes 2,800 JPY reservation fee)
・ Additional usage: 600 JPY/60 minutes However, fees for each 24-hour period will not exceed 4,280 JPY
4.3 Physically disabled parking reservations (50% discount off the general parking reservation fees)
・ From entrance until 24 hours: 1,770 JPY (includes 700 JPY reservation fee)
・ Additional usage: 150 JPY/60 minutes However, fees for each 24-hour period will not exceed 1,070 JPY
Please note that reservation charges still apply even if you enter via the regular entrance gate and park in a non-reserved area.
